This is a new and exciting study in the combat sport sciences, titled: Sleep, Nutrition, and Training of Combat Sport Athletes led by Dr Andy Galpin (Physiology), Dr Reid Reale (Dietetics), Dr Ian Dunican (Sleep and Chronobiology).
This research study aims to enhance our scientific understanding of sleep, nutrition, and training practices among combat sports athletes. The findings will provide enormously valuable insight for both athletes and coaches.
What is required: The survey is ~90 questions and will take 20-30 minutes to complete.
Benefit of participating? If you complete this study, you will learn numerous things about your sleep, nutrition, and hydration. After completing the survey, you’ll receive a report indicating which areas or subtopics (for example, post-exercise nutrition, best time of the day to workout, and the amount of water to drink) you scored the lowest on.

Project title: Sleep, Nutrition, and Training of Combat Sport Athletes
Researchers: Dr Andy Galpin (Physiology), Dr Reid Reale (Dietetics), Dr Ian Dunican (Sleep and Chronobiology)
Aim: The aim of this research study is to enhance our scientific understanding of sleep, nutrition, and training practices among combat sports athletes, like yourself. The findings will provide enormously valuable insight for both athletes and coaches.

You can end the survey at any time or skip any question you like. The survey will ask questions about your sleep, training, nutrition (including supplementation and alcohol) and personal practices.
